MI-3470 is a multipurpose duplex braided packing braided from a unique Non Asbestos Yarn intimately treated with proprietary Graphite based HIGRAPH dispersion. Further, the packing is incorporated with ‘Gel’ type break-in lubricant and low viscous surface run-in lubricant. This packing is self lubricated and highly efficient packing requiring minimal gland adjustments during operation and low maintenance cost due to its longevity. The special lubricants ensures cooler shaft runs and the Graphite based dispersion ensures dissipation of excess heat generated due to long time run of equipments. This packing is highly recommended for mild applications such as DM Water, Plain Water, Hot water, Cold Water etc.
